The Kanchenjunga Waterfalls is located at a distance of 10 km from Yuksom and 24 km from Pelling and is among the largest waterfalls and one of the best tourist places in Sikkim. It is believed that this waterfall originates high up in the glaciers of Mount Kanchenjunga the third-highest peak in the world. Falling gracefully from a height of 100 meters in a pool these beautiful falls remained untouched until the 90s when a local tour operator accidentally discovered them. It offers majestic beauty, and gorgeous views and is a popular picnic spot for tourists and locals alike.
